Formed by Phil Yaxley in 1993, Newmanor has successfully seen many projects through to a fruitful outcome for its clients, who consist of large public corporations with multi million dollar developments to individuals needing a new garage in their back yard. Newmanor has offices on the Gold Coast and in Cairns, but conducts its operations throughout Queensland. Newmanor has on board qualified and experienced town planners, engineers, project managers and qualified and experienced property agents enabling the company to perform a broad range of tasks pertitent to developments and approvals.

Newmanor is also a licenced Real Estate Agent in Queensland and has for sale a variety of allotments and House Land Packages.
