The current owners of Pearl Beach Real Estate purchased the business in July 2000 and have since grown the business to where it is today.

The company offers property management, of both Holiday Houses and Investment properties and sales. It mainly covers Pearl Beach and Patonga as well as selected properties in Umina and Ettalong.

The principal, Michael Sheppard, has lived in, and owned property in, Pearl Beach for many years and therefore is available to provide quality service at short notice.
