As a boutique agency we have a wealth of local knowledge that we utilise to our client's advantage. We currently hold the records for the highest sales in a number of Inner West suburbs. These include the highest residential sale in Stanmore at $1.525 million. Our achievements aren't limited to the top end of the market though. We've also achieved excellent results in all categories across the Inner West whether it's a unit, townhouse, semi or cottage.

Our success is not based on good luck but it is the result of our consistent efforts and strategic planning along with our enthusiasm for the industry we represent. These include a dynamic user-friendly website and a weekly magazine posted to our extensive database every week and also emailed every Friday in time for the weekend's inspections. We realise that our business is part of a community and we strive to make positive contributions to it in any way we can.
