Current Status - Our Company which has grown substantially since its establishment in 1968 now employing 11 staff is engaged in residential sales right across the Newcastle & Lake Macquarie regions, and backed with a combined selling experience of 36 years. We have one of the largest property management portfolios in Newcastle with 3 experienced property managers with a combined total of 48 years experience in the field. We also handle property developments, turning single properties into multiple townhouse and villas developments as well as offering a computerised financial analysis for our investors. We are current members of the Real Estate Institute of NSW promoting high ethical standards in this industry. History and Philosophy - The company in 1968 consisted one owner/director, one salesman/property manager, and one secretary. From the very modest start this family business has grown to a prosperous and well respected organisation in the community. The large growth has been a direct result of our commitment to customer service at all times. We have a very strong emphasis on training in both the sales and property management field. It is imperative to keep abreast of all the latest trends and changes in this constantly changing industry. 80% of our business comes from word-of-mouth referrals, recommendations from satisfied customers. To do this we need well trained personnel who are multi-skilled, and we will need to continue to grow to meet the markets expectations. The days of the smaller independent offices are dying, the trend is towards larger offices, however less in number. There will be numerous mergers and closures in the years to come.
