Cayleys Property Consultants has built its reputation by providing good old-fashioned styled property consulting services. We believe in establishing and maintaining good relationships with our clients and closely monitoring their property investments.

Our focus has been and always will be on personal contact and a full understanding of our client´s requirements.

This has enabled us to build up a significant client base and also a portfolio of 30 managed commercial buildings where we have the trust of the building owner to maximise his or her return from their property investment. This portfolio of managed buildings is located throughout metropolitan Sydney. Most buildings are valued between 1 million to 5 million, however a handful are valued upwards of $10 million.

The directors of Cayleys all have many years experience in the commercial real estate industry in Sydney and have well established contacts in the industry.
