When I first went into real estate I was 18, and my early experiences were terrible. Bad tenants, bad properties, bad landlords, 'conditioned' vendors - it was all pretty negative. But it was an important lesson. I took a few years off, and explored the world and other professions. During this time, I learnt that passion and commitment can turn negatives into positives.

I returned to real estate in 1994 with the drive to provide an unprecedented level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity. I have set my goals: to achieve the highest prices for my vendors; to provide quality tenants & professional advice for my landlords; and to help weary buyers with their purchases through me or a fellow principal.

My strategy for success has always been to look ahead and think long-term. This strategy has helped me to make the hard decisions, the 'what's best for the client' kind. This is not always the path to a 'quick buck', but I have the satisfaction of knowing that I've given the right advice. I am proud of my track record, and people in my area know me for this.
I often hear people say, 'you can't please everyone' and they are right, but you can give people the respect, courtesy and advice that you would like to be afforded - and that's what my company is about.

I have been marketing property in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs now for almost ten years and have achieved record sales in Paddington and Bondi. This has given me valuable experience in two very different but geographically close suburbs where I have seen prices soar and clients prosper.
