Paul Karasalidis and Richard Movsessian pursued their dream of owning their own business and commenced Century 21 South East located at Maroubra.

After years of being rival competitors working in very successful real estate agencies in the Eastern Suburbs, they entered the new millennium to combine their skills to form one of Maroubra's strongest Real Estate partnerships. In September 2001 The pair opened Century 21 South East Mascot the strategic move to open a third office to compliment the already existing Maroubra and Randwick offices. In January 2003 we opened a fourth office was opened to handle the South Eastern coastline properties in South Coogee.Century 21 covers the Eastern Suburbs and offers 4 sales teams which can service the whole community.
