Rod Summerhayes purchased the business in 1989, and since that time has operated as a Ray White Franchise. Rod has worked within the local real estate industry for more than 22 years. In 1998 Kim Greenan joined the business as co-principal.

Kim has worked within the Ray White group for almost 14 years, starting in sales in the competitive Eastern Suburbs. She then held a position as a State Manager for the Ray White Group. After her corporate career Kim managed two high profile inner west offices.

Since being with the Ray White Group, Ray White Pymble has seen rapid expansion in the market share and profile on the upper North Shore.
