PRDnationwide Wahroonga, formerly the Asset Realty Group, commenced operations in 1978 when the first office opened in Willoughby, on the Lower North Shore. In the following year operations were expanded to include offices at Crows Nest, Killara and Lindfield.

The group embarked on controlled expansion and its operations now encompass the entire North Shore, having some fourteen offices from Mosman to Hornsby. PRDnationwide franchises are jealously protected and only people with integrity and a strong track record are invited to join the team.

When the Asset group became part of the powerful PRDnationwide network, in October 2001, they became part of the only real estate group with a specialist research department enabling us to provide outstanding up to date figures on all aspects affecting the real estate market.

PRDnationwide has now grown to over 160 offices across Australia. There are over 1500 employees in total and it is the only group to have a computer networked property link system.
