While you may think View Property Agents is new on the scene, the agency has in fact, long been part of Cronulla. Prior to becoming an independent agency, the business operated for seven years as part of the Century 21 chain.

Previously known as Century 21 Beachside Realty, the agency grew to prominence under the guidance of husband and wife, Rory Carr and Loreta Berti-Kalos. A year after they took sole ownership, the agency received the Sydney Morning Herald Most Improved Office Award. The agency went on to consistently achieve the area's top sales results and become one of Century 21's highest performing franchises.

In December 2003 the business reopened with a new name and a new direction. According to Rory the change to View Property Agents had little to do with branding and a lot to do with serving customers better. "Real estate is very much a community business," says Rory. "We wanted to bring Sutherland Shire residents a property service designed specifically for their needs, not someone else's."

View Property Agents is now Cronulla's largest property manager, with over 1400 residential and commercial properties under management. We have also established an enviable sales record, recording a string of benchmark prices and consistently achieving results beyond vendor expectations.

Being independent has allowed View Property Agents to be innovative in our approach. "In all areas we examine what can be done better, how we can improve service and how we can deliver our customers the best results" says Loreta.
