Chris a local resident, is married to his wife Laura and have 3 children. He is a registered valuer and has 25 years real estate experience, 16 of which as Principal of Chris Burke and Co. until 1998. His experience covers Commercial/ Industrial sales, Valuation, Residential and Waterfront sales and project marketing.

Chris and Daryl joined to form Burke & Shute, with the aim of offering professional and personal service often taken for granted by large franchise operations.

Daryl Shute also a local resident, is a highly motivated young family man with his wife Barbara and 2 young children.

He is a multi award winning Auctioneer and was selected as a finalist in the Real Estate Institute of NSW State Auction competition. He is also an experienced sales professional having been in the top 2% world wide within Century 21.
