Penny’s Projects and Properties is a boutique Real Estate Agency located in Coogee and is operated by Penny Costello.

Penny is Licensed Real Estate Agent and has specialized as a Development Consultant advising on design concepts, finishes and pricing of new projects, as well as the sale of existing residential properties.

Penny has specialized in the acquisition of property suitable for redevelopment and will also act as a buyer’s agent to help prospective purchasers with their property requirements, whether it be for investment or owner occupation.
