Our family agency was opened in1998 by Tracey, David, Victor and Lyn-Maree. Tracey had previously been trained in the Jenman System (she won 'Newcomer of the Year' in 1995 at the Australian Real Estate Awards) and so from day one the system was installed.

The office was one of the original offices to receive 'APPROVED' accreditation in 2001. This accreditation is renewed annually based on the level of client satisfaction which must be in excess of 95%.

We are open seven days a week with a 24 hour 'live' phone service. This is most useful when overseas buyers contact the office at a time convenient to them or when local clients need to contact us outside normal real estate office hours.

Our handpicked team are dedicated and highly motivated people. They must pass a rigorous twenty two-point training and testing process prior to being employed. This is followed by continual training far in excess of industry standards. This results in us providing the highest possible level of client based benefits.
