BW Property was established to heighten the level of service in an industry where too often clients are lost within systems that typify today’s shop-front style of real estate practices. My real estate career began with a major franchise chain. I achieved results, which saw me ranked in the top 15% of their sales people nationally, so I am familiar with how these types of agencies function. Under these systems clients (and their homes) are recruited into offices of competing sales people, not all of whom are necessarily experienced in negotiation or even own property themselves, yet they are entrusted with your most valuable asset- your home. These agents are expected to carry large numbers of listing to meet budgets, which become difficult to manage properly. The result is that communication & service to you, suffer. Many clients prefer that the listing agent handle their enquiries, as they feel that they best know the property. Let’s face it, you choose an agent because you feel that they are the right person to handle your sale, not an office of staff you don’t know. In conventional office scenarios more often than not, it’s someone other than the listing agent who negotiates the sale of your home. That’s not what most people expect when they sign up to sell. My company policy is to only carry a limited number of listings, to ensure our level of service to you is never compromised. The agent you sign with is the same one who’ll handle your enquiries and negotiations. Our goal is to affect the sale of your home at the highest achievable price by using hard work, technology and information broadcasting such as the Internet, to research & market your property worldwide. Our job is not just about sales it’s also about giving you correct advice. It’s your home so we want to make sure you are involved and informed from start to finish. Again, we are all about personal service and communication. This profession is governed & regulated by not only government legislation but also a strict code of ethics. As trust is a key factor in any relationship, including one between an agent and their clients, I strive to be open and upfront about any aspect of a property when dealing with either vendors or purchasers.
