Plateau Property was born January 2000 and was originally a small independent agency begun by Richard Vigna in the village of Wollongbar and now is owned solely by Patrick Higgins.

Patrick is a licensed real estate agent and property manager with 4 years experience in the real estate industry and over a decade in the financial planning and finance industries. In May 2003, after careful research, we joined the multi national, high profile franchise group called Century 21 - with offices in 66 countries worldwide.

We are still the only real estate agency with a presence in Wollongbar. Recently we opened an office in Alstonville to expand the business and give Alstonville residence access to our services.

Our aim to provide excellent service to our clients has not changed. The result of this move is a modern multi faceted real estate office with enormous marketing strength from the advanced technology of \\\"E-Sales\\\" and 21 century marketing technology.
