We've moved - just across the road to 233 Prospect Highway, Seven Hills. Our 4th move in the 28 year history of the company. It must be right what they say, "People move about every 7 years". After more than 10 years in the one spot, we simply ran out of room. So, just like a growing family, we've had to move. Not only do we have more room but more importantly, so do our customers and clients. Firstly, we have much more on site parking. Secondly, we have private client rooms for purchasers and vendors to discuss their sale or purchase in total privacy. We also have plenty of informal areas for anyone who just wants to call in for a chat, a coffee and catch up on the market. In fact, we have increased our client space four fold, after all, you are our most important people. So if you're passing by, park around the back and call in for a coffee and a chat. When we opened our first office in 1972, most of our buyers came to the area because it was the only area affordable to them. Today our buyers come here because of many reasons: Transport: Fast train service to the city - about 40 minutes and there's plenty of commuter parking at the station. Fast road access via the M2. The city can be reached in less than 35 minutes outside of peak times, plus easy access to M4, an alternative route to the city or west to the Blue Mountains. A comprehensive bus service includes services to the City, North Ryde & Liverpool as well as local destinations. Shopping: It takes only 15 minutes to get to Parramatta or 5 minutes to Blacktown and it's only a short drive to Penrith and Castle Hill. You can shop 'til you drop. Child Minding: There are more than 8 child minding centres in the area with several schools providing before and after school care. Schools: Seven Hills has 4 State primary schools, 2 Catholic primary schools and 2 High schools as well as many other schools in neighbouring areas. Recreation: The area is home to several clubs, many of which have their own sporting facilities. Probably every leisure activity is available from ice skating to ? you name it.
