Our agency was founded by John Pidcock and a partner in March 1980. It moved to its present location in 1983 and has been actively trading in the Lower North Shore since then.

In April 1998, we installed the Jenman System in our office and commenced offering a method of sale centred around client benefits, sale by private treaty, a guarantee of services to each of our vendors and a policy of no money paid by our vendors until the property is happily sold. We were one of the original Approved offices in New South Wales. We received our accreditation on 4 May 2001, and we are the only Approved office on the Lower North Shore.

We are an independent agency and are very proud of our record of offering a highly efficient and personalised service to our large network of very satisfied clients. As a result of our application of the Jenman System, the Paton Pidcock team is highly trained and very experienced. It consists of the principal, John Pidcock, a sales controller, three sales consultants, two sales creators, a sales secretary, two sales assistants, an office manager and a receptionist. We are open seven days a week and provide a full range of real estate sales services which has resulted in our achieving many of the benchmark sales in the Lower North Shore.
