Jameson & Associates has a staff of over 30 people and at present we have 10 Strata Managers working for us, managing some 600 blocks of units, assisted by a relieving Strata Manager.

Our experience in Strata Title property matters is well known throughout Sydney. We are licensed under the Auctioneers and Agents Act, as well as being an active member of the real estate institute of New South Wales.

Our office hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday with a 24 hour answering machine service. Additionally, our Strata Managers have a direct line service available.

The duties of a Strata Manager are to help an Owners Corporation carry out its function in maintaining properties in good order and frequently Strata Managers are appointed to carry out various duties and functions of the Chairman, Secretary and treasurer.
