Our office in Whitehorse Road was originally K.G. Cotter Real Estate and has been owned and run by Carlo Inglese for the past 30 years. In deciding to open up again after a 5 year break Carlo made the decision to join the L.J. Hooker group of real estate agencies because of the instant brand recognition and the vast amount of technical and marketing support offered to him as an agency. L.J. Hooker has a good name within and outside the industry.
Carlo, joined by Robyn Wells, who runs our administration, opened the office on the 1st December 2003. With a support staff consisting of, John Oakley as Sales Consultant, Anna Adams as a Sales Consultant, Robyn Anderson as Business Systems Operator, Liz Andersen as Property Manager and Dominique Carritelli as Director of First Impressions, make up our staff.

The office is working hard to grow the business and offer the Balwyn/Surrey Hills area a first class real estate sales and property management service.
