Terry and Sue Moore with their son Ben and his accountant wife Kathie, have taken over the reins of Richardson and Wrench Real Estate in the Cinema Complex at Caloundra a few months ago, where ten staff in total are employed. Terry and Sue have been in Real Estate in the Blue Mountains and Central Coast of N.S.W. together with their prior experience in Caloundra.

They have successfully operated real estate offices for thirty one years since 1973 and in that time have owned multi office agencies and other major franchises. Terry has held a Real Estate Valuers Licence previously for many years and has also sold over one hundred properties as Auctioneer. Also, before coming to the Sunshine Coast, he lectured in the four year T.A.F.E. Advanced Real Estate Course, has been a trainer and has held executive positions in the N.S.W. Real Estate Institute. Previously Sue had been employed in another firm in Caloundra and her many happy clients will receive excellent attention from her now, especially owning their own office. Sue has worked many years in Real Estate and also holds a full Agency licence .

They were considering several local agencies before buying Richardson and Wrench, but settled on this office for many reasons: Staff hardly ever leave this firm � it has the reputation locally of being one of the best offices in which to work. All staff are very competent and experienced and have been here long term, between 2 and 8 years and the happy atmosphere within the office ensures that Client�s are really well looked after, not just by one of the staff but everyone all working together on their property needs! Secondly, being the first Real Estate group ever formed in Australia (since 1858) stability and honesty in dealings is assured. Richardson and Wrench do not attempt to be the biggest chain in real estate but where they do have offices, they expect to be one of the most effective.
