Pat O\\\'Driscoll Real Estate commenced business in December 1986, in a small shared office arrangement with a staff of 2.

In 1988, the business expanded into the adjoining office. We then relocated to larger premises in 1989, which were purchased and renovated to accommodate the growing business, and allow for expansion.

In the same year a branch office was opened on the Northside of Rockhampton. At this point, the number of staff had grown to 8. In 1993, the business experienced further growth. A new architecturally designed building was constructed in the centre of the city.

In April 1994, a second branch office was opened at Morayfield North of Brisbane. In December 1997, a decision was made to sell the Northside office and Morayfield, and consolidate the business to increase the operation and staff in the South Rockhampton office, which now operates out of an area of some 260 sq.m., accommodating 16 staff.

We pride ourselves on being able to give our clients personalised service. �As we are not involved with any major franchise group, but our business is of a size to give strong support, we are able to offer an individually tailored approach to our clients. �As you can see, we also now offer details and photos of listings and other services that we provide on our Web-site.

The business is divided up into:

1. Property Management - This department controls the Management of some 600 Residential rental properties, and approximately 100 Commercial and Industrial properties. The department consists of 4 staff.


2. Residential Sales - This department oversees the marketing of Residential properties in North and South Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gracemere and surrounding Areas. They further market and project manage, Subdivisions. The Sales department consists of 5 staff.


3. Commercial Sales/Leasing - This department manages the marketing (sales and leasing) of Commercial/Industrial properties Hotels and Motels. The Commercial department consists of 2 staff.


4. Rural Sales - This department manages the marketing of Central Queensland rural properties. We have one Rural property specialist.


5. Administration - This area controls all the efficiencies of each of the above departments. We are consistently updating our information technology to keep up to date with all developments. This department consists of 4 staff.
