The Network Australian Real Estate commenced in 1980 in the western suburbs of Sydney. Network Australian Real Estate encourages all it's offices to be service orientated, in an attempt to offer 'service beyond our clients expectations'.

The current owners of Network Australian Real Estate, Robert Norrie & Stephen Brodie established their first office in Kings Langley in 1985. With the Kings Langley office continuing to be the market leader they decided to purchase Australian Real Estate Winston Hills in 1995. In 1998 it was decided that if they were to continue to offer the local residents the most complete real estate they would open their third office located in Quakers Hill. The franchise was purchased in early 2000 where they hope to continue to spread their fresh outlook on the real estate market.

The major difference between this franchise and its competitors is that it is owned and operated by principals that run their own residential real estate offices and therefore are aware of the daily expectations of vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants. The fees to our franchise are kept to a minimum and in fact are the lowest in the market place, as our main aim is to offer a friendly and helpful franchise network that is cost effective for our members and a professional and friendly franchise network that is helpful and assists clients to achieve the maximum for their real estate assets.
